Black Noble de Bortoli – Australia
We have secured a small parcel of one of the finest most unusual dessert wines we have ever tried. A small parcel of Botrytis Semillon is set aside each vintage, fortified and matured in oak casks, topped up each year like a solera system. The wine was then blended with a cask of Pedro Ximenez made in 1972. A truly unique wine that we can only describe as 'liquid Christmas Pudding with brandy Sauce' |
